Vaccination and Parasite Prevention Policy

For the protection of all of our patients health, Paw Prints Ltd. requires that all pets be current on vaccines, parasite screens and parasite free prior to any stay at the clinic.  We will be happy to perform any of these vital health services for your pet upon arrival for their visit with us. Any patient that is not current or has no verifiable vaccination health screening history will be tested and treated at owners expense during their stay.

Canine vaccines required include, distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parvovirus, para-influenza, corona virus, and bordatella (kennel cough) and rabies vaccination.

Feline vaccines required include Feline viral rhinotracheitis, calici virus, pneumonititis panleukopenia, feline leukemia, Feline bordatella and rabies vaccination.

Canine parasite screening required includes, heart worm test, fecal test and current on heart worm and flea prevention.  Cats must have a current negative fecal test and be current on flea prevention.

Payment and Billing

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  In order to minimize our costs and focus on our patients needs, we do not bill any services.

We accept cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).  All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

If an unexpected illness or expense occurs, we can help you apply for the Care Credit Program.  The application process only takes a few minutes to complete.  You can apply here at Paw Prints and we will call the application in over the phone for immediate approval or you can apply online at www.carecredit.com.

Paw Prints is a multi-species hospital for the safety of all of our patients we require pets be kept on a leash or in a carrier upon arrival and at time of discharge.

For the safety of our staff and patients we are only able to admit and discharge pets during office hours.
